It was the first time that I went to Russia. I felt that the atmosphere of Russia is different from China and Japan. When I was walking in the street, I felt relaxed. This project had many opportunities to get in touch with nature. We visited many Biosphere Reserves and learned a lot of knowledge from natural research scholars. Once again, I realized the importance of protecting the environment. In order to protect nature, Russian scholars have established many Biosphere Reserves that are not accessible to tourists. Biosphere Reserves are only for scholars to do research. When scholars know that a creature is disappearing, they don`t use their power to protect creature. They just object that nature how to adjust itself in its way. When I went to visit the museum «Вишерский», I saw many ocean creatures and tools which people used to fish in the past. I learned that the dolphins can sing. Only one of the dolphins has a different voice from the others. This is the leader in the dolphins. We felt size of the dolphin`s mouth. Compared with dolphins, our body size is really small.

Then we visited Biosphere Reserves. This place is the intersection of the cold and warm air flow, so it is rich in marine life. This is the first time that I felt the sea urchin walking on my hand. Although it was surrounded by thorns, I didn't feel very painful. I ate fresh sea urchins. It was also the first time I touched the starfish. I thought that the starfish would be soft. When I actually touched it, I realized that it was hard. When I went to the southernmost part of Russia, we saw wild seals for the first time, and the seals were really cute.

I have experienced too many first times in this trip to Russia. I broadened the horizon and learned many natural creatures. It is a pity to see some creatures slowly extinct due to human activities. I think it isn't good to get some benefit at the expense of nature. Without nature, human beings have no place to survive. In the future, we must love nature more and protect nature.
