Our personal information protection policy has been established based on the privacy policy of “The Kanazawa University Alumni Association in Russia”.

Personal information received through program applications will only be used for the operation of The Kanazawa University Alumni Association in Russia.

“The Kanazawa University Alumni Association in Russia” takes responsibility for the management of participants’ personal information.

We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information. We will select contractors who guarantee complete compliance with regulations for the protection of personal information, and conclude a non-disclosure agreement. We will supervise the contractors as necessary.
