Purpose
Kanazawa University Alumni Association in Russia.
Kanazawa University Alumni Association in Russia was established in March, 2020, as one of the important policies in the “Inter-University Exchange Project -Training Program for Russia-Japan Innovative Leaders of Tomorrow-” adopted by MEXT in August 2017.
The alumni associations in the past centered around the purpose of providing networking opportunity for alumni (exchange students) of one’s native country. Now our goal for the Association in Russia is to create an association that invites all friends of both Russia and Japan who have any ties and connections with Russia, and to provide networking opportunity for all.
Kanazawa University Alumni Association Organization
Purpose
(The Rules of Kanazawa University Alumni Association in Russia, Article 3)
① Organize general conference and networking events
② Prepare and issue the member list
③ Promote, advise and support studying abroad between Kanazawa University and universities in Russia
④ Support exchange students from Kanazawa University for job placement
⑤ Send information through SNS (Social Networking Service)
⑥ Operate to achieve goals of the Association and others

An individual who graduated from Kanazawa University, and currently resides or has resided in Russia in the past.
【Associate Member】
An individual who completed a short-term/long-term Russian program of Kanazawa University or who completed a short-term/long-term Japanese program of Russian universities in Kanazawa.
【Special Member】
An individual who has worked as faculty or staff at Kanazawa University, as considered necessary by Association President
