7月21日、金沢大学角間キャンパスにおいて、国際フォーラム「ユネスコエコパークにおける多様な関係者と歩む大学教育～ユーラシアの持続可能な開発目標達成に向けて～」を開催しました。フォーラムでは、ユネスコエコパークの関係者が来学し、基調講演のほか、ロシア・ベラルーシ・日本のユネスコエコパークの事例紹介を行い、理解を深めました。
7月に本学の文化交流プログラムに参加したロシアの4つの大学からの学生14名が、国際フォーラムに参加し、3週間のプログラムを通じて学んだ成果について発表を行いました。フォーラムではさらに大谷吉生副学長（国際担当）より、学生らにプログラムの参加者証書が渡されました。フォーラムの最後に行われた学生らと関係者によるディスカッションでは、これからのエコパークに対する課題等、学生ならではの目線から、活発な意見交換が成されました。

On July 21^st, International Forum “University Education with multi-stakeholders in UNESCO Biosphere Reserves – Implementation of Sustainable Development Goals in Eurasia –“ took place at the Kakuma campus of Kanazawa University. Various researchers of Biosphere Reserves came to KU for the forum. At the forum, keynote speeches were delivered, and multiple examples of Biosphere Reserves of Russia, Belorussia and Japan were introduced.
During the forum, 14 international students from 4 universities of Russia, who had participated in the Cultural Exchange Program in July, presented their study results of the three-week program. In addition, in the forum, the students received the Certificates of Enrollment from Professor Otani, vice president for Global Affairs of KU. During the discussion session, the students actively communicated and expressed their thoughts and ideas of several current issues of Biosphere Reserves together with other participants.
