Hello, my name is Denis Gogoladze, I am from Vladivostok,Russia.
I participated in the Training Program of Russia-Japan Leaders of the Future (Advanced Technology Program) in Kanazawa University in 2019. It was very interesting and exciting experience.
Kanazawa is a brilliant place. It is a modern city with a long history.The City is built around the old beautiful castle.

   
Russian and Japanese professors and students performed at the Joint Symposium of Kanazawa University and Russian Six Universities on Advanced Science & Technology. Each one made a poster presentation about their researchs.

In this training program was included one-week internship program in a various Japanese companies. I did an internship at Actree company, which develops special furnaces for the environmentally friendly recycling. There, we, together with Russian and Japanese students, conducted experiments to determine the concentration of harmful substances in recycled materials.

Also, among general laboratory activities at Kanazawa university, we had an intensive cultural and educational program. We visited many interesting places. One of them is a visit to the Toyota Automobile Plant and the Toyota Museum, where you can see the latest developments in the automotive industry such as cars on hydrogen fuel.

I am very glad that I was able to participate in this program,and I am delighted with Japan and the Japanese, because they are very good people. Many thanks to Kanazawa University, I hope to return here again.
