It was valuable to me to stay in Russia for the first time.

Especially, the lecture about Buryatia from Buryat women at Irkutsk State University and visit to Buryatia were really impactful for me. To be honest, I have never known about it before coming to Russia. However I was surprised to know that Buryat was one of the Japanese ancestors. She taught us a lot about Buryat culture. 

After taking the lecture, we went to Buryatia which is located near Baikal lake and visited traditional house. The traditional life of Buryat is really different from our modern life, but it was comfortable because of heartwarming family who moved there from other place. They welcomed us with hot tea and piroshki which is famous Russian food.  Thank you so much!

The memory I got there is memorable and I don’t want to forget it.
