I joined the program to learn about Biosphere Reserves in Russia, and went to Kazan Federal University, Volga-Kama Nature Reserve, Altai State University, Belokurikha and so on. What impressed me most was Belokurikha, which is a town and a balneological resort in Altai. We stayed at sanatorium, and enjoyed riding a horse. Someone took a bath with blood from deers antlers. It is said that the blood is good for health. In Belokurikha, I learned the relation between environment and industry. I got a lot of experiences in Russia.

Russian people who I talked with were so kind. I hope I will visit Russia again.
