I stayed in Moscow for 10 days under the Russian Cultural Exchange Program. In 10 days, I went sightseeing in Moscow and experienced cultural exchange with students from Moscow University.

What I was impressed  most about these activities was activity in Losiny Ostrov National Park. Losiny Ostrov National Park is a short drive from the center of Moscow. There, various types of animals, such as elk and boar, were protected. Since those animals were protected in wild , they were powerful. In the Facilities, food is to be fed for a certain period and returned to the forest. The only animals I saw in the park were calm animals, but they can sometimes become ferocious due to their relationship with humans. There, we saw a symbiosis with nature that does not involve the hands of people.

I felt that in Japan, just a few tens of minutes from the city center, I can't contact with such a wide variety of nature. In Moscow, unlike Japanese parks, there were few signs and there was a feeling that we wanted to keep nature intact. It was a good opportunity to think about symbiosis with nature in the country from the attitude of nature conservation of the Russian people.
