11月27日、山崎光悦学長ほか3名の教職員がカザン連邦大学創立215周年記念式典に出席しました。式典では、カザン連邦大学長の挨拶、タタルスタン共和国大統領からの祝辞、タタルスタン共和国政府による各種勲章の授与が行われました。
 前日の26日には、夕食会が開催され、海外の来賓を代表し、山崎学長が祝辞を述べました。

 On November 27, President Yamazaki Koetsu and 3 other delegates attended the celebration ceremony on the 215th anniversary of Kazan Federal University. In the ceremony, the rector of Kazan Federal University gave the welcome speech, and Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan delivered the congratulation speech.
 On the day before the ceremony, the commemorative dinner event was also held. President Yamazaki gave the congratulatory speech on behalf of the guest from oversea at the dinner.
